Who we are

1AI Cloud (一智连天下) is operated by Clouds Connection Pte Ltd, 4 Shenton Way, #11-01 SGX Centre II, Singapore 068807. Email: [email protected]. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Clouds Connection Pte Ltd, and “you” means the person or organisation using the service.

Accepting these terms

By creating an account, creating an API key or calling the API, you agree to these terms, our privacy policy and our refund policy. If you use the service for an organisation, you confirm you may accept these terms on its behalf.

The service

1AI Cloud is an API gateway. It forwards your requests to third-party model providers through one OpenAI-compatible endpoint and bills your usage against a prepaid balance. Which models are available, and their features and prices, depend on the providers and can change at any time.

Third-party models

Models are created and run by their providers, listed on the providers page. When you call a model you must also comply with that provider’s usage policies, including any limits on where and how the model may be used. Model and company names are trademarks of their owners; using them on this site does not mean they endorse 1AI Cloud.

Your account and API keys

• Give accurate information when you register and keep it up to date.
• Keep your password and API keys secret. You are responsible for all usage made with your keys until you revoke them.
• Tell us straight away if you think your account or a key has been compromised.

Balance, prices and billing

• The service is prepaid. You top up a balance and each request is charged against it at the rate shown in the console.
• Prices on this site are provider reference prices. Your effective rate is the one shown in the console when the request is made.
• Requests stop when your balance runs out.
• Top-ups are not refundable. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

You must not use the service to:

• break any law or infringe anyone’s rights;
• create or distribute malware, spam, or content that sexually exploits children;
• attack, overload or try to gain unauthorised access to the service, other users or any provider;
• get around a provider’s safety measures or usage policies;
• resell or share access to your keys as your own service, unless we have agreed to it in writing.

Your content and outputs

You keep your rights in what you send and in the outputs you receive, subject to each provider’s terms. AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. Check them before you rely on them, and you are responsible for how you use them.

Availability and changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free, because it depends on third-party providers and networks. We may change, add or remove features and models.

Suspension and termination

You can stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, risks harm to the service or others, or where the law requires it.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we exclude all implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, data or business. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using the service after a change, the new terms apply.
