Privacy policy
How 1AI Cloud collects, uses and shares information. Last updated 21 October 2026.
Who we are
1AI Cloud (一智连天下) operates this website (1ai.cloud) and the console at console.1ai.cloud, where you create an account, top up your balance and manage API keys. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean 1AI Cloud.
Information we collect
- Account information — the email address and password you register with. If you sign in with a third-party account, we receive the basic profile details that provider shares, such as your email address.
- Top-up and billing records — amounts, payment method, order numbers and payment status. Payment details you enter on a payment provider’s page are collected and handled by that provider.
- API usage — the requests you send through the API, the model you call, token counts, timestamps and IP address. We need these to route each request, bill usage and keep the service secure.
- Support conversations — what you send us when you contact us on Telegram or WeChat.
- Device and usage information — pages visited, links clicked, browser and device type, and how you arrived at the site, collected through cookies as described below.
How we use it
- To provide the service: create and secure your account, forward your API requests and return the responses.
- To process top-ups, keep your balance and usage records, and send you service messages.
- To answer support requests.
- To detect and prevent fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To understand how the website is used and to measure the results of our advertising.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting obligations.
Cookies
We use three kinds of cookies on 1ai.cloud and console.1ai.cloud:
- Essential — keep you signed in to the console and remember your cookie choice (oneai_consent). These are always on.
- Analytics — Google Analytics (_ga, _ga_*) and our own oneai_ft cookie, which records how you first arrived, such as the referring site or ad campaign.
- Advertising — Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising and Meta use cookies to measure whether our ads lead to sign-ups and top-ups, and may use them to show you our ads elsewhere.
In the EU/EEA, the UK and Switzerland, analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you accept them. Elsewhere they are on by default. Wherever you are, you can turn them off with Reject on the cookie banner or at any time with .
Who we share it with
- Model providers — when you call a model, your request is sent to the provider of that model so it can generate the response. Each provider handles it under its own terms and privacy policy; see the providers page for who they are.
- Payment providers — to process your top-ups.
- Analytics and advertising partners — Google, Microsoft and Meta, according to your cookie choice.
- Service providers who host and operate our infrastructure on our behalf.
- Authorities, when the law requires it or to protect our users and the service.
International transfers
1AI Cloud routes requests to model providers in mainland China and in other countries, including the United States. Your information may therefore be processed outside the country where you live.
How long we keep it
We keep account, billing and usage information for as long as your account is open and afterwards for as long as needed to resolve disputes and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Analytics and advertising cookies expire according to each provider’s settings.
Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your information, to object to or restrict how we use it, to receive a copy of it, and to withdraw consent. To make a request, contact us through the Telegram or WeChat contacts listed at the bottom of this page. If you are in the EU/EEA or the UK, you may also complain to your local data protection authority.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information. No system is completely secure, so please keep your password and API keys private and rotate any key you think has been exposed.
Children
1AI Cloud is a developer service and is not directed at children under 16.
